The workshop was started at 8:00 AM by national attempt of Cambodia .

After that starting to address open speech by Mr. Phal Des Chief of IT committee of EIC that mention on 2 points. One related between IT with Education and another one was IT for Business. Moreover he also provide the comment for all trainee to concentrate in all topics and gave many thanks to CICC for sponsored that workshop.Key note speech

Mr. Mao Phalar General Manager of Post and Telecom in Battambang provided a welcome speech. He have gave a warmly impress for appearance of CICC that is a part the help and develop human resource in Cambodia, especially the using of internet which provide a lot of advantages for social development. He also hope that the kind of this workshop will be have again in Battambang or in Other provinces of Cambodia.Key note speech

Ms. Emura MIKI she focus on the information of CICC and related between CICC to other countries in the world. Especially, the activities in Cambodia such as Bi-lateral Conference, On Site-Training, IT Caravan, scholarship and other activities. The mention of using khmer font also including in her speech.
She also give some comments about CICC that always help and promote IT in Cambodia. Especially the distribution of IT to the provinces in Cambodia is main objective of CICC in year 2004, which allow all the people in the remote area know about the using of internet and email. Moreover CICC always provide the scholarships to all Cambodian people to study the short course in Japan or in Cambodia through IT committee of EIC.Key note speech

Ms. Houth Ratanak had give comments about using khmer font on website of Internet, which help people to make communication easily for social development. She show some portal website that use khmer content in it.Key note speech

Mr. Peou Hour had presented about the virus and the protection of it in Computer. He let the trainees know what is virus and the effected of it. On the other hand he gave some comments of using anti-virus tool for protect for keep our computer in safety.Key note speech

Mr. Phou Sok presented about historical of using internet, ISP and the dramatically of using internet in Cambodia recently.Key note speech

Mr. Kok Ratana presented the advantage of using internet for Business in the world. Especially, he mention the using of internet for commercial in Cambodia. He have gave some example of khmer owner's website improve their business in Cambodia or worldwide.Key note speech

Mr. Mom Vortana also described about Internet in Education and Internet in Research.
Internet in education he mention about real time study and on demand study. He also provide some websites that students can learn online.
Internet in research he describe the science research, social research and education research. He gave an example that students whom study in Phnom Penh do their research with their homework. He also let the trainees know the numbers of teachers, students and other people are increase dramatically by doing their research.Key note speech
