C3: e-Learning Contents Development Course (ELC)
This course is designed to train Instructional Engineers who will be responsible for the planning and developing e-Learning courses. It introduces the concepts and methodology that are necessary to open e-Learning course such as needs analysis, course planning, course development and e-Learning contents development based on SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) standard. It also shows how to use the multimedia tools and how to develop multimedia contents. The trainees can have practical experience to develop e-Learning contents by using multimedia data in the workshop subject.

C4: Distribution, Manufacturing and Financial Management Systems Course (DMF)

This course is an expanded version that covers a broader business scope and will be based on GLOVIA
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software, one of the world's leading ERP Software packages.
Glovia will be fully expounded to simulate real life operation in the critical business areas of distribution production, planning and financial control.

2. Number of Trainees
Nine (9) trainees per year
3. Application Deadline
March 19, 2004 (Only the applicants whom pass the first selection)
4. Qualification of Applicants
Applicants should:
= General Condition
1) be nominated by the CICC counterpart organization, and be recommended by their employer.
2) have a university education or an equivalent level of education.
3) have a sufficient working knowledge of spoken and written English
4) have no prior experiences of the CICC training program within the past two year
5) have no prior experiences of any CICC training courses equivalent to this course
6) be in good health, both physically and mentally, in order to complete the training course successfully. Pregnancy is regarded as a disqualifying condition for any participation in this training course.
7) be non-military personnel.
8) be employed in the same organization during the course period, and must be in a position where the result can put to pratical use. Students are not eligible.
9) be of age between 20 and 50 when they participate in the course.


= Condition of Technical Skill
1) be familiar with the operation of Windows 98 or later and Ms Office.
2) have more than 3 years' computer related work experience.
3) have experience of an instructor or developing teaching materials.
4) preferably pass one of the examinations certificated mutually by regulatory authorities between Japan and India, China, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myamar and Chinesse Taipei
(For non Cambodian's applicants).
6. Language of Instruction
The course will be conducted in English.
7. Certificate
Trainees who have successfully completed the course will be awarded a certificate issued by CICC.

3) have a achieved more than TOEFL score of 500 point (equivalent to 173 poit in computer-based scaled score) in order to demonstrate a sufficient command of English language.
4) have no prior experiences of the CICC training program within the past two year
5) have no prior experiences of any CICC training courses equivalent to this course
6) be in good health, both physically and mentally, in order to complete the training course successfully. Pregnancy is regarded as a disqualifying condition for any participation in this training course.
7) be non-military personnel.

= Condition of Technical Skill
1) Applicant should be the properperson to understand production/sales/ finance management in the duty of the instruments factories and take teh leadership there using the skill effectively.
2) have experience in basic PC operation.
3) have some knowledge of computer language or script.
4) preferably pass one of the examinations certificated mutually by regulatory authorities between Japan and India, China, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myamar and Chinesse Taipei.

5. Platform to be used
Linux OS, Windows based Open Source Software development packages, Windows Client
6. Language of Instruction
The course will be conducted in English.
7. Certificate
Trainees who have successfully completed the course will be awarded a certificate issued by CICC.
